The EXACT bloating fridge guide I have attached to my fridge!

This is the exact guide I use when I am feeling bloated or out of flow.  It was HIGHLY requested so here you go!  You get nourishing and meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks all in one handy printable A4 that you can then stick to your fridge.  These are all meals that I find help when I feel bloated!

As I don’t promote dieting or restriction I’ve attached a LOT of additional detail about bloating to this ‘quick’ fridge guide.  Please remember that this is MY PLAN, CUSTOMISED TO MY PERSONAL NEEDS.  Please do NOT confuse this as a plan for weight loss.  It is simply the plan I use to help alleviate feelings of bloat.
