I’m incredibly excited to announce my recipe book Nourished in 30, the holistic and nourishing healthy recipe book designed with the busy mumma in mind, will be launching SUPER SOON! I know your time is precious and I know you spend what time you have making sure those around you are happy. This guide is to remind you that YOU are important too. Because you are!
Every recipe can be made in 30 minutes or less and uses nourishing whole food ingredients that can be found at most supermarkets. My philosophy when it comes to food is quick, simple and nourishing wherever possible, and I certainly don’t want you racing around town in search of some superfood ingredient you’ve never heard of and can’t pronounce. As a busy mum I know too well the challenges faced when your facing time constraints (and impatient children) while wearing the many hats mothers wear. Bring the joy back to meal times knowing you can create a delicious and nourishing meal in less than 30 minutes. I can’t wait to teach you how to create beautiful and delicious meals in no time at all.
Please know that this is not a traditional recipe book nor is this a diet plan. This is a guide for you to use, a tool if you may. I would love nothing more than for this guide to become a kitchen staple and for you to re-gain control over your time and take steps towards your healthiest life. Your time is precious, use it where it matters most (your family, friends and passions) and save hours in the kitchen!
