  1. So many great ideas!
I’ve never tried zoats, I think you’ve just given me my breakfast inspiration for Sunday morning lovely lady. Love the video too.
Thanks for joining in with our Fabulous Foodie Friday fun,
    Have a gorgeous weekend xx

    1. It is Sammie, thank you!!! I thought it was about time I “prettied” up the blog with a new header. And yes, the heart shaped is my favourite too…although I swear it was a fluke, I haven’t managed to recreate such a perfect heart shape since!!

    1. YES! They are such a good all-year-round food too, so you can still eat them as it warms up (overnight oats are a great option for Spring/Summer because they can be eaten cold).

    1. Karin, I nearly fell off my chair when I saw your comment. Lol. But then I remembered that until 2011 (when I travelled to Europe) I hadn’t tried them either and they always reminded me of awful porridge. I would definitely say start with organic quick oats (because they cook the easiest) and add in something sweet. Maybe the last option with strawberries, or even the honey and figs. Once you try them let me know what you think! I feel like oats are a breakfast you can easily become addicted to!

  2. I love making and eating oats so I just hopped over from Pin Worthy Wednesday to read, enjoy and PIN your ideas for topping oats. It’s so nice to discover your blog. We have a lot of healthy living interests in common. All the best, Deborah @UrbanNaturale
