  1. Great tips and hugely motivating interview. Just show up is such a great tip. We used to do boot camp mon/wed/fridays before kids and I was the fittest I’ve ever been. Absolutely loved it but tricky to do these days. Always wanted to try cross fit too. Tks for sharing… totally motivated me to get out tomorrow and do a super Saturday session. Xx

    1. I hear you! I have been feeling so unmotivated recently. I used to train with Donelle and she had me run 6k (and I am no runner), so she definitely knows her stuff! It’s definitely just about showing up to the party.
