    1. Oh definitely give zip lock bags a go! After about 3 days it starts to brown but only to the cut area. You can just cut that off and you’re back to fresh green avo for another day or two.

  1. Wow Krissy, I had never heard of the wooden spoon/rice trick!! Seriously curious now, I will have to try next time we make some rice! This is a great list. I’m the same as you – I love to use shortcuts wherever I can. When you’re doing a lot of cooking, they really do come in handy 🙂
