Not only are these salted caramel bliss balls delicious, but they take only minutes to make. The best part, though, is that all ingredients can be found at your local supermarket.
The perfect lunch box snack to serve alongside raw vegetable sticks or crackers. Hummus is also a great source of protein!
Two ingredients and a whole lot of deliciousness, these apricot and coconut bites are perfect quick lunch box snacks. Aim for dried apricots free from sulphur dioxide if possible.
