I’m having trouble sourcing gluten free oats in my area. Would I be able to substitue the oats with Quinoa? Could you warm it in the microwave? I love this recipe. Healthy eating needs to be quick and easy for me or I tend to lose enthusiasm. 🙂
Oh that must be frustrating! You could absolutely use gluten free alternatives such as quinoa flakes or rice flakes. You would just need to make sure you definitely allow to soak for at least 8 hours! And I’m definitely with you! I’m all about healthy eating being as easy as possible!!!
I found some gluten free oats! Yay! I devoured this for yesterdays breakfast and have some in the fridge right now for tomorrows breakfast. Absolutely delicious!!!
Oh yum! I’m definitely going to give this a go – I’ve been looking for a way to mix up our overnight oats. I love maple syrup any and every which way and did you know this recipe is well timed, the 22 July is National Maple Syrup Day!
Haha, me too! I would love to eat pancakes every morning but I’m either running out the door or my tummy is hungry for food before they can be made. This is the ultimate solution!
Oh my gosh! Looks delicious. Xx
So is Shannon! Like totally delicious! My new favourite breakfast (well, actually, second favourite haha).

Oh what perfect timing! How do you know about all these National days?!
I really should try overnight oats. This looks like a great combo of flavours too!

I hope you enjoy as much as I do! Such an easy yet delicious breakfast!
Yum – what a delicious way to start the day!
It’s like pancakes without the fuss 🙂
This looks yummy! I like that you can just roll out of bed and eat them. No cooking! I’m way to lazy for that in the morning!

ok I still have never made overnight oats but I love your recipe and I have all the ingredients… must try it this week!
Let me know what you think! I still love warm oats BUT these come in a close second, especially when you factor in how easy they are to prepare! x
