These are all great tips for working out during a pregnancy! I really hope I’ll be able to find the motivation to stay active when I have kids five or ten years down the road. Hats off to you for finding a routine that you’ve been able to stay consistent with! 🙂
Your timing could not have been better! I’m at 22 weeks and I’ve just come off a two week complete lack of motivation! Very similar story between first pregnancy and this one, in that I went from a very unhealthy lifestyle to a much more active routine. Lots of positives, but some days are much harder than others! Congratulations!! It’s definitely tricky to stay motivated. And the further along the harder it gets! But I think it’s totally worth finding the motivation! Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy! xx
