  1. These are all great tips for working out during a pregnancy! I really hope I’ll be able to find the motivation to stay active when I have kids five or ten years down the road. Hats off to you for finding a routine that you’ve been able to stay consistent with! 🙂

  2. Your timing could not have been better! I’m at 22 weeks and I’ve just come off a two week complete lack of motivation! Very similar story between first pregnancy and this one, in that I went from a very unhealthy lifestyle to a much more active routine. Lots of positives, but some days are much harder than others! Thanks so much for sharing!
