HEALTHY ON A BUDGET | Quick and Easy Freezer Meal Prep for Kids

These quick and easy freezer meal prep for kids meals are PERFECT for kids and take less than an hour to prepare from start to finish.

As a working mum of two and with my third babe nearly here I relate completely to those “oh crap” nights when you have five minutes to get something on the table before hangry sets in.

These quick and easy freezer meal prep for kids meals are PERFECT for kids and take less than an hour to prepare from start to finish.  For me, it’s less about needing to prepare freezer meals and more about knowing I can relax and breathe because there is a fall-back option for those unpredictable nights (we all know those ones!).

The meals shared in this HEALTHY ON A BUDGET series video are all kid-approved and incredibly simple to make.  You don’t need fancy ingredients (in fact, you probably have everything you need in your fridge and pantry already!) and you certainly don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen.

You can follow along with the video.  But all recipes can also be found in my new kids recipe book HER NOURISHED KIDS (available HERE).
