This new HEALTHY ON A BUDGET series is designed to show you how you CAN still eat healthy on a budget and how you can make a few simple changes, swaps or savvy purchases to save you money without compromising your health.

So many of us are finding our grocery bill to be one of our biggest weekly expense (myself included).  With a few changes to our family budget we’ve decided to focus on reducing our weekly grocery budget BUT with a catch.  It HAD to still be healthy on a budget.

As most of you know, health and wellness is something I value highly.  I still want to choose the best possible options for my family, and I want to do so on a budget.
