As a holistic nutrition and health coach and wellness Psyc, I am here to offer you the tools, knowledge, and guidance you need to nourish your body, mind and soul. I’m passionate about helping you, especially if you feel controlled by food. My approach is kind, non-judgemental and realistic.
Whether you are struggling with nutrition, an overwhelm of information, specific health worries or you’re facing some pretty scary food thoughts (I’ve had those too!), I can tailor support to suit you.
I will help guide you to look more holistically at your nutrition and lifestyle and identify areas that could be improved upon for a more nourished body. Women work with me for a variety of different reasons. Whether you are just starting out, looking to progress your wellness journey, wanting to lose weight gained during pregnancy, increase the nourishment and nutrition your children receive, work on some healthier habits or ‘detox’ (aka re-set) from a period of less-than-nourishing eating, there are options for all.
I tailor each program to ensure they are unique to you. Which means everyone who works with me 1:1 is a VIP, literally!
Together we will design a nourishing plan that is realistic and achievable. You will never practice restrictive dieting or feel as though you can never have your favourite foods again when working with me.
As a wellness Psyc I am passionate about your mind and soul just as much as I am about your nutrition. We work together on mindful eating practices to reduce food guilt, stress and fear and strive for a balanced healthy relationship with food.
