Berry chia pudding
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 165ml coconut milk
  • 250ml coconut water
  • ¼ cup pureed berries (I used strawberries)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • Fresh organic strawberries to serve
  1. In a large glass jar or container add all ingredients except fresh strawberries;
  2. Stir until well combined;
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 8 hours (overnight is best);
  4. To serve, top with fresh strawberries.
  5. NOTE: this recipe makes enough for at least 4 servings. Although this is a healthy recipe be mindful of your serving size.
