EASY Healthy Homemade "Cacao Pops" Cereal Recipe

A delicious and easy healthy cacao pops cereal recipe for the whole family to enjoy!
Serves: 6-8 serves
  • 4 cups wholegrain puffed brown rice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (or rice malt syrup)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder (or carob powder)
  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir with a spoon until combined well.
  3. Spread the cacao pops mixture over the baking tray to cover the tray evenly.
  4. Place the tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before transferring to an airtight container.
  6. Store in the pantry for up to two weeks (trust me, it won't last this long anyway!).
