Beautiful. Your life can be incredibly perfect WITHOUT dieting, restricting the foods you love or forcing your body through yet another activity you hate.
Within 6 weeks you WILL feel empowered. You will learn the skills you need to know to change the way you eat, forever. You will no longer need to restrict foods, deprive yourself of the foods you love or feel fear around food. You will eat the foods that you love WITH LOVE every single day. You will identify the body of YOUR dreams (one that is based on YOUR goals and values, not the media) and you will be on the road to achieving the body of YOUR dreams.
You will learn how to eat mindfully, practice guided meditation (don’t worry, it’s honestly not scary or hard!) and prepare the most delicious and nourishing (but incredibly simple) food. You’ll also have me right there with you, guiding you, answering your questions or just reminding you how freaking amazing you truly are.
As your Holistic Health Coach, Wellness Psyc (BScPsycHons), mentor and friend I will walk with you, hand in hand, through the barriers that have been created. I had those barriers too. I used food to make me feel better. I used food to control my chaotic life. I used food to release stress. I used food to prove I was worthy.
That food you are eating is serving you in some way. We will work it out together and create NEW and exciting positive strategies to serve those emotions in a non-food way.
I’m Krissy, the founder of Her Nourished and your Holistic Health Coach. Based on the beautiful Gold Coast of Australia, I live with my husband and two wee kiddies (Mr 3 and Miss almost 1). I’m passionate about holistic health and a non-diet approach to weight worries because I struggled for many years with disordered eating myself. You name a restrictive diet and I’ll tell you that I’ve tried it. I’ve been able to heal my relationship with both food and myself through a combination of support, guidance, changing my food language and learning to eat intuitively from a place of love (not fear) and I want that for you too!
